Education: In 1987, R.J. received his Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University, majoring in History with minors in Political
Science and the Classics. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, and is admitted
to practice in Indiana.
